There is no cost to you, you get to learn directly from a Technology Expert, and go home with an Atmel WINC1500-XSTK IoT development kit (Retail value of $99)!  Interested?  Hands-on Training Overview Atmel Secure Hello World IoT with Cloud connectivity Course Summary Here you will receive an introduction to the Atmel SmartConnect WINC1500 Wi-Fi module controlled by the Atmel | SMART SAM D21 Xplained Pro (ARM® Cortex®-M0+ based development board). Attendees will learn about Atmel’s portfolio of Wi-Fi modules, Atmel CryptoAuthentication™ security solutions and the Atmel Studio 6.2 integrated design environment. Agenda / Course Outline 9:00 – 12:00 pm        Introduction to the Atmel SmartConnect WINC1500 Wi-Fi Module using the Atmel | SMART SAM D21 Xplained Pro This portion of the training will demonstrate the use of the Atmel SmartConnect WINC1500 Wi-Fi to build state-of-the-art IoT applications. 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm    LUNCH 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm     IoT Security Using Atmel CryptoAuthentication This portion of the training will demonstrate the ease of use of the CryptoAuthentication ATECC508A device for security in conjunction with the Atmel Wi-Fi Network Controller. Prerequisites Software Requirements •    Atmel Studio 6.2 (build 1153) •    Atmel Software Framework (at least 3.19) •    GNU ARM toolchain 4.8.3.1429 •    Wireshark Network Protocol Sniffer Hardware Requirements Attendees are required to bring a laptop with Administrator right.  Atmel will NOT supply computers at the training.   Laptop must have at least one Internet port and one free USB host connector.

No cost to attend but registration is required.
